For the last four years as The Xfactor Collective, we’ve collaborated with more than 30 peak bodies, member-based organisations, fellow intermediaries and grantmakers. In this time, we’ve been able to help more than 300 organisations find the right paid service - and more than 9,000 have found the right free resource through us.
This is because we have a highly regarded vetting and selection process for our consultant and professional service partners, and our Concierge team supports each engagement from start to finish. We’re a trusted set of hands to support you and your key stakeholders.

How our partnerships work
We have a number of entry points and types of engagement, designed to suit the range of needs and contexts of those in our networks.
Referral partner - whether it’s support for your grantees or members, we have a robust process to triage an organisation’s needs and connect them to the right service, support or resource.
Supplier panels - building a specialised supplier panel tailored to your not-for-profit, charity or social enterprise sector is easy with our Concierge and Network of experienced, carefully vetted service providers.
Friend of Benefolk - we believe in shared prosperity and have an affiliate program that supports those who support Benefolk’s big vision. Find out more about our affiliate referral program.
Capacity building programs - running or starting a capacity building program as a grantmaker or intermediary? We can share our expertise on capacity building and/or help with expertise and resources for your program.
Grantmaker distribution - many grantmakers are now looking at how they can best provide capacity-building grants and through our sister charity, we have helped distribute grants to supplier panels to expedite the process and provide additional governance support.
