Creating a Workplace Wellbeing Plan on a Page
Course overview
A Workplace Wellbeing Strategy is one of the most visible ways to demonstrate and act on a commitment to mental health and wellbeing in your organisation.
This training guides you through how to create a wellbeing plan on a page.
It’s relevant for organisations of all sizes, whether just getting started with wellbeing, or looking to build on existing initiatives and actions.
You’ll be stepped through the process of creating a plan to guide your actions and ensure an integrated approach to wellbeing and resilience.
It includes user-friendly templates that you can fill in as you develop your own plan.
The six pillars of wellbeing and resilience underpin a good wellbeing strategy.
Training videos on each of the pillars show how they contribute to developing an integrated approach.
You’ll be guided through some specific actions you can take in each pillar to help inform your organisational priorities.
