Martin J Cowling

Transformation & Change Specialist

Martin brought a strong commitment to social justice, and extensive community development practice, to his role in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Affairs. His pursuit of sustained outcomes was most welcomed.

Geoff Richardson PSM,
First Nations Development Services

Martin has been a volunteer, hands-on manager, leader, researcher and consultant working from very small grassroots organisations through to large social purpose organisations, corporates and governments.

Martin is a skilled presenter, ranked as one of the top 100 speakers on philanthropy. He believes that people are the key to an organisation's success and is passionate about ensuring that staff (paid and unpaid) have mutually beneficial relationships and contribute to making lasting positive change.
