Jo brings over 25 years’ experience leading, coaching, training and inspiring people to achieve their potential at work.

She has held leadership positions across diverse portfolios including disability, sport (in Australia and overseas) and as Area Manager SA/NT for the Australian Public Service Commission.
Jo provides executive, leadership and career development coaching. Her expertise lies in understanding human behavior and the drivers which influence motivation, change, performance and potential. Her coaching practice is evidence based, utilising a cognitive-behavioural, strengths-based, solution-focused, reflective inquiry framework, and incorporating broader positive psychology and resilience interventions where relevant to the achievement of coaching goals.

I undertook coaching to help me handle the pressure of managing a diverse project team tasked to formulate the technical aspect of a high-level public document for State Government. Thanks to Jo I gained a lot of insight regarding myself that helped me perform well in coordinating a project under challenging conditions.
