Our CEO and Founder, Julia Keady, recently wrote an article that Philanthropy Australia shared on their website.
In it, she reflected on the practices, mindset and behaviours that need to evolve for the social sector to be sustainable – as voted by its leaders. She shares the insights of the more than 170 leaders who joined us for the launch of The Community Well in a session facilitated by Benefolk Foundation Director, Wendy Scaife.
Wendy asked leaders what needed to start and what needed to stop to ensure the sector is sustainable.
