Richie and Felicity worked with CANA, to which I am the board Chair, to help us develop our plan on a page as well as strategic planning and review for the next 3-5 years. They were thoroughly professional, great to work with, understood our space, and the needs of the not for profit sector, and for us, the environment and sustainability movement. The outputs they delivered were excellent, and the process, engagement and facilitation was great as well.
