Cathryn Warburton is the Legal Lioness, and a new Specialist Member of The Xfactor Collective having joined in 2021. Cathryn says she would be a multi-millionaire today except that someone stole her family member's intellectual property. The thief ended up rich and Gramps tragically died a pauper on a park bench, estranged from his family because at the time no one recognised how great his IP was! Cathryn helps businesses leave a lasting legacy by identifying and bulletproofing your intellectual property. Her main areas of practice are intellectual property litigation, trade marks, copyright and designs. Cathryn is the author of a book titled Copyright Practice & Precedents.
