Our Story
My CEO/senior executive career spans over 20 years and covers ICT, creative industries (particularly film, television, museums) and education.
I have also had extensive Board experience on not for profits, a university council, chairing a regulatory committee and on various committees (including audit and risk, nomination). I have managed strategy, governance and accountability requirements from both management and board perspectives.
I enjoy helping organisations and individuals work out their futures in complex, rapidly changing environments. I ask questions to challenge the answers and get people to think laterally about possibilities and decide on priorities. I can help people find the stories that resonate with audiences they want to attract and influence. Narrative is such an important and distinguishing part of communications in the world of today. I have worked with development and financing of film and television content for over ten years, both local and Hollywood stories, the creation of unique Australian stories for museums and catalogues.
Once people find their stories to connect and manage issues, I can help with strategic communications and media management.
I am also a coach and mentor. I have been able to help many people refocus their career and define what success means for them.
