Our Story
Brenda Mainland and Rebecca Sullivan co-founded Survey Matters in 2010. We are a relatively small research agency, and we like it that way! It means we can get to know you better. That we can spend more time learning about your business, your stakeholders and your objectives. In our view, that's the best way to ensure the work we do provides real value.
We choose to work with member-based and ‘for purpose’ organisations. It mirrors our own personal values and we derive great pleasure in helping organisations who help others. We use research to provide the evidence you need to craft your strategies, services and products. Evidence that informs your advocacy efforts. Evidence that improves your value proposition. And evidence that you can use to deliver better value to your members, stakeholders, customers and constituents.
We have worked with numerous organisations over the years, from community housing through to professional associations and eco-tourism, on a variety of research projects. Some are longitudinal studies to track progress over time, some are one-off programs to meet a specific need. Regardless, each project is unique, and we design each one to suit the particular objectives of our customer.
