Richie Feder
Strategic Planning Specialist

I am really pleased with our progress with the SRI and that is always due to the fabulous team and support from such people as Richie and Felicity.
Fi Slaven,
Chair, Spinal Research Institute

Richie and his colleague Felicity Green, have been helping for-purpose leaders to develop strategies for over two decades.
Specialising in not-for-profit and government strategic planning, they work alongside executive teams and boards to develop pathways to greater impact and organisational resilience. As opposed to ‘consulting robots’, Richie and Felicity bring a refreshingly human approach to their projects. Their facilitation approach is enjoyable but not frivolous, and they amend their style for different audiences in order to drive outcomes-driven conversation. They are known for crafting crisp strategic narratives that ensure the strategic concepts can remain a live conversation well after the project has ended.

Richie and Felicity worked with CANA, to which I am the board Chair, to help us develop our plan on a page as well as strategic planning and review for the next 3-5 years. They were thoroughly professional, great to work with, understood our space, and the needs of the not for profit sector, and for us, the environment and sustainability movement. The outputs they delivered were excellent, and the process, engagement and facilitation was great as well. I would recommend them to others in the space, and will use them again when I get the chance.

We just wanted to say a very big thank you for not only the last couple of days, but also the preparation and work you put into such a great agenda. Always open to feedback, thanks for structuring our time together in such a way that we got the most out of our time together. Listening to the discussions, it was such a safe environment for people to offer ways in which to keep improving and to feel comfortable sharing what they need from each other. You nailed it! And we just wanted to say thank you!!
