Hunter Change is a boutique change management consultancy established by John Hunter, an experienced psychologist and change management specialist.

For more than 20 years, John has worked for a range of small to large Australian organisations in organisational change management, leadership assessment and development as well as coaching.
More recently, he has consulted to a range of small organisations and charities providing change management and coaching services.
John's background as a psychologist and his pragmatice and solutions style provide him with unique skills to assist a range of clients (individuals and organisations) in effectively dealing with change - focussing on behavioural change.
John assists clients to deal with issues such as:
- I am conducting an organisational structure review - how do I go about this change in a structured way and assist staff deal with the change
- a new system (HR or payroll or talent or record keeping) is being rolled out - how do I do this and assist others in this change - communication, stakeholder management and training and adoption of this new system
- I need assistance with just one or two aspects of change management such as communications or a communications plan, stakeholder management, a business impact assessment or a training plan, development of a change plan or project management plan
