HOW WILL YOU LOOK AFTER YOU, YOUR TEAM & VOLUNTEERS IN 2023?

Rolling natural and unnatural disasters are leaving our teams, and ourselves exhausted. Some organisations are finding they are not compliant when it comes to workplace mental health and safety. In this 2-hour training, our Wellbeing and Human Resources Specialist Trainer will run you through the new Wellbeing Strategy/Plan on a Page tool to help you order your existing strategies, and/or add new strategies to ensure you are preventing workplace injury and protecting your team and volunteers across organisational mental health and wellbeing. We will also take you behind the scenes of the Wellbeing Hub, where you can access resources, tools, assessments as and policies to support your wellbeing governance in 2023.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF COUNTRY

We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land and waters and their knowledge of the places where we gather to collaborate and strengthen communities. In our work, we recognise the importance of Country, not just as a place, but how it also maintains community, family, kin, lore and language.

We pay our respects to Elders past and present.

This always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.

We support the Uluru Statement from the Heart.
